President
Joined the club with Dan O'Connell as co-presidents mid-way through season 2021/22. Now sole president following Dan's election as chairman at the 2025 AGM.
Dan O'Connell
Chairman
Elected at the 2025 AGM having previously been co-president since 2021/22.
Has had a huge influence on the club's upturn in fortunes since becoming involved with the club in 2021/22, bringing an increase in professionalism and business knowledge to the Crows' table.
Wayne Jepson
Vice Chairman / First Team Coach
Appointed at the 2021 AGM.
Combines his duties with coaching the first team and the odd appearance for the second team.
Wayne started senior football in the Northern Counties East Football Leagues. He featured for the Crows back in 2006/07 and has Welsh League experience with Caerleon AFC. Re-joined the Crows in season 2021/22 as both player and assistant manager/coach and proved an invaluable pillar - both on and off the pitch - to help save the club from relegation.
Brandon Simpson
First Team Manager
An FAW A Licence holder, appointed in June 2026.
Brandon's coaching journey has included roles with Taff's Well Academy, Blaenavon Blues, and most recently Forest Green Rovers Academy, where he has continued to develop his reputation as a highly regarded young coach.
Kristian Hanbury
First Team Coach
Appointed in June 2026, Kristian is no stranger to the club, having represented Cwmbrân Town in the Welsh Premier League for several seasons. He made 92 appearances in total, scoring 15 goals.
Following his playing career, Kristian served his country in the British Army, completing a tour of Afghanistan - a chapter that speaks volumes about his character, discipline, and leadership qualities that he now brings to the dugout.
Returning to football, Kristian has spent the past five years developing the next generation of players at grassroots level, building a reputation as a dedicated and knowledgeable coach. He is currently completing his UEFA B Licence, underlining his commitment to developing his craft at the highest level.
John Mardon
First Team Coach
Recruited to the coaching staff by Darren Jones in season 2021/22.
Played a pivotal role - in combination with Wayne Jepson - in instilling a siege mentality to win the club's relegation battle in 2021/22. A talented and well-liked member of the Crows backroom staff.
John Hanratty
First Team Coach
John has been a fine servant to the club on the pitch over the years and has now taken-up a position in the dugout as part of the off-field coaching team.
Simon Phillips
Chief Scout
Simon joins the club following three seasons managing Rogerstone in the GPL Premier Division, twice coming very close to finishing in a promotion place and twice making the County Motors League Cup final.
Appointed in July 2025, Simon holds a UEFA B Licence and Youth Module B Licence.

Joined the club in 2024/25 and captained the second team.
Made the move to the technical area for this season.
