Wayne Jepson
Vice Chairman / First Team Coach
Appointed at the 2021 AGM.
Combines his duties with coaching and the odd foray onto the pitch.
Wayne started senior football in the Northern Counties East Football Leagues. He featured for the Crows back in 2006/07 and has Welsh League experience with Caerleon AFC.
Re-joined the Crows in season 2021/22 as both player and assistant manager/coach and proved an invaluable pillar - both on and off the pitch - to help save the club from relegation.

Damien Broad
Director of Football
Re-joined the club in June 2023 as Director of Football.
Alongside his brother Dominic, Damien was part of the very successful management team at Pontypridd Town that achieved several promotions up through the Welsh league pyramid.
Like his brother, he also played for the Crows in 2008/09.
Damien combines his role with Town with his Head of Coaching role at Bristol Rovers' successful youth academy.
Steve Davies
First Team Head Coach
Steve was appointed as Head Coach of Town's first team in August 2023, joining the Crows from Newport County.
He spent 14 years working with County's youth academy and was also the coach of their under-16s squad.
His previous role in senior football was as Head Coach of Monmouth Town in the Ardal South East.
Steve is a hugely experienced coach and holds the UEFA A Licence.
Dominic Broad
First Team Manager
Re-joined the club in June 2023 as both player and assistant manager.
Dominic is a former player/manager of Pontypridd Town who enjoyed a successful rise through the Welsh league pyramid in collaboration with his brother Damien.
He previously captained the Crows in Welsh League Division One (in season 2008/09), and finished the season as both manager's and players' player of the season. He has played in the Welsh Premier League and won Welsh League Divisions 1, 2 and 3 at several clubs.
Dominic certainly brings a winning mentality to the club.
John Mardon
First Team Coach
Recruited to the coaching staff by Darren Jones in season 2021/22.
Played a pivotal role - in combination with Wayne Jepson - in instilling a siege mentality to win the club's relegation battle in 2021/22. A talented and well-liked member of the Crows backroom staff.
