First Team Manager
Jamie Jenkins
Appointed manager of the first team in August 2012 following the departure of Mark Parfitt. Jamie ably assisted Mark since the beginning of the 2011/12 season and was the obvious choice to continue the excellent work done both on- and off-the-field.
Jamie played for Barry Town in the LoW/WPL between 1999 and 2004, making 85 (+35) appearances in total and scoring 12 times. He also featured for them in Europe. After leaving Barry he played for Croesyceiliog where he played alongside brother, and former Crow, Jodie Jenkins.
First Team Assistant
Andrew Howells
Appointed as assitant following Jamie Jenkins' appointment as First Team Manager. He featured in the dugout and on the pitch last season and will continue to do so this season.
First Team Assistant / Goalkeeper Coach
Pat O'Hagan
Joined Town in 1992 in time for the inaugural League of Wales season after being released by Cardiff City. He helped the Crows lift the league title, leading them into Europe the following season against Cork City.
After time away with rival clubs Inter Cardiff and Briton Ferry, he returned in 1996/7 and was virtually ever-present in Tony Wilcox's side. He went on to featured for the Crows in European ties against National Bucuresti, Celtic and Slovan Bratislava.
In all, he made 245 appearances for the club over a 10-year period in the top flight, bettered only by defender Jimmy Blackie.
